Due to business expansion Gaia Insights is looking for a Community Engagement Wizard.
You can be based everywhere in the world if you meet the following requirements:
- enthusiastic about Generation Y topics and cross-generational engagement
- fluent in English; basic German might help (some CMS templates are in German)
- fluent in WordPress and have basic html programming skills
- able to use Google Analytics and draw conclusions from such data
- familiar with SEO, GoogleAds and similar online marketing tools
- an entrepreneur who is spurred on by the ambition to turn a non-profit platform into a profit-generating source of income
Your tasks includes:
- Develop a holistic social media and online community engagement concept
- Segment customer groups and identify appropriate content for each
- Manage all platforms, engage with audiences, post daily, respond organically
- Engage with contributors/bloggers, form strategic partnerships
- Negotiate with advertising clients, manage partner contracts
